Getting inferior with the interior

I have just bought an apartment and I am obsessed with all things interior at the moment. I have bought so many books and magazines and have trawled through numerous blogs, tumblr's and instagram accounts gathering inspiration.

My unit is an eclectic mix of old and new things, I am just collecting pieces as I go along and seeing what happens - I am in no rush. Its very feminine and filled with things that I have collected from around the world and some heirlooms and lots and lots of candles and fresh flowers!

Here is a collection of a few things that have inspired me :)

Don't have time to work out ? THINK again!

Working in the entertainment industry means that I get travel many times a week for work so I spend a lot of time in hotels. I am fortunate enough to stay at hotels that 90% of the time have great gym facilities but sometimes I don't have that luxury. In these incidences I usually hit the nearest park and go for a run or a long walk but sometimes this just isn't possible due to my schedule or pure inconvenience.

The other day I was talking to a close friend of mine who has recently undertaken a serious health kick. They said that they had stumbled across a site called "Blogilates" on the net and found it a fantastic resource for all things health and fitness and especially loved the little step my step exercise Pilates videos that were constantly updated to the site.

I decided to check it out and loved the concept. The mini fitness videos are fantastic if I  only have 20 mins to quickly cram something in to my day. I always try to do something active for at least 45 mins a day, sometimes this is just not possible which is why these short videos are an efficient use of my time if I feel like doing something.

Set to the latest chart music its fun, quick and is a great way to keep up your fitness routine on a busy schedule.

I love it, check it out:

Melodramatic in Mustard

LOVE this gorgeous Zimmerman dress from their winter collection. It hasn't hit stores yet but this mustard silk dress is bound to be a sell out when it does!

I chose to pop the outfit with turquoise earrings from a little boutique in Melbourne and a bright pink YSL lipstick and dark eye. I kept my shoes simple with nude pumps.

A little bit goes a long way

The greatest thing my parents ever taught me was kindness. They taught me to be kind to myself and to be kind to others.
